A Chevy Blazer northbound on Rt. 25 at Kenyon Rd, was passing a loaded dump truck when he came head on with a south-bound empty dump. The driver of the empty dump was able to swerve, avoiding a head-on collision, although the Blazer still showed heavy damage (this according to the owner of the truck).
The driver of the SUV was taken to a local hospital, and did not need extrication, as orginally reported in the initial call out.
